The New Testament book of 1 John is only five chapters in length, but it addresses many of the most important themes of Christianity. The letter was written primarily to correct some false teaching that was infecting the early church. An understanding of 1 John will equip followers of Christ to distinguish between that which is true and that which is false. Beginning Sunday, February 26, Larry Reynolds will be leading an eight week study of 1 John in the multi-purpose room during the second service at 10:30 a.m. Because materials will be prepared and distributed to all participants, it would be helpful (but not required!) if you would sign-up for this study in advance by emailing: larryreynolds77@msn.com.
